Nach Verfall der kostenfreien Stornofrist bzw. bei Nichtanreise (No-Show) sowie wenn eine kostenfreie Stornierung nicht vorgesehen ist, fallen bei einer Stornierung Kosten in angegebener Höhe an.
Dem Kunden steht der Nachweis frei, dass der vorgenannte Anspruch nicht oder nicht in der geforderten Höhe entstanden ist.
Das Rücktrittsrecht für Fernabsatzverträge kommt nicht zur Anwendung. Es gelten die angeführten Bedingungen für die Stornierung.
